The Office is a unique building with an aura effect that increases the Influence Points of nearby structures. Additionally, it boosts its own Influence Points based on the number of adjacent buildings.

How does the Office aura (bonus) work?

When the Office is built, it has a positive effect on all neighboring buildings within its aura (bonus) radius. This increases their influence points, making these buildings more profitable. Thus, all players who have buildings near the Office benefit. For example, let's build a “Khrushchyovka” in the Polis, which at level 1 has 990 influence points. You can view influence points in the Polis and also on the Buildings page.

After that, we build the “Office” building next to the “Khrushchyovka.” Already at the construction stage of the Office, it is visible that your “Khrushchyovka” receives a 20% influence points bonus from the Office, and its influence points increase.

As the Office building level increases, its influence points and the influence points of the nearby buildings will increase more and more. The maximum level of the Office building is 12. At the final 12th level, the Office will have 300,000 influence points, increase the influence of neighboring buildings by 200%, and its own by 100%.

To see how much the influence points will increase, go to Polis and click “build.”

Then, in the opened window, select “Personal buildings,” find the “Office” building, and click “More details.”

After that, you will have a personal window for the “Office” building showing all information about each building level.

How does the Office increase its influence points?

In addition to the aura effect, the Office increases its own influence points depending on the number of buildings nearby. The more buildings around the Office, the higher its influence points. This creates an incentive for neighbors to develop the district, which increases the income from all constructions in the area built near the Office building.

Let's consider another situation: first, we build the “Office” building, which initially has 90,000 influence points.

After that, we build the same “Khrushchyovka” and already during the construction phase of the Khrushchyovka, you can see that your Office at level 1 receives +10% to its own influence points.

Why do you need Office?

  • Increasing Influence: The Office raises the influence points of all neighboring buildings, making the district and all constructions within it more profitable.
  • Creating Incentives for Neighbors: Players around your Office will build buildings, increasing the overall benefit.
  • Self-Enhancement: The Office increases its own influence points if the district is developed.

Important note:

The Office and nearby buildings are interconnected. Imagine there are three Khrushchyovkas next to your Office:

For each building, your Office receives +10% to its own influence points, totaling 30% for three buildings.

If we move one building farther from the Office, the Office will get a bonus only from two buildings, and the moved building won’t receive anything at all.

The same happens if a building breaks down or is removed.

And if the Office building itself breaks down, is moved, or removed, all buildings nearby and the Office itself lose all bonuses until you repair or rebuild it.

Tips for Using/Building the Office

  1. Analyze Polis: Build the Office in an area where there is already active development or a chance to attract it.
  2. Combine with Other Buildings: Plan construction in active districts to maximize benefits.
